Can I check the stock before I buy it?
Unfortunately, you cannot, we're currently an online only retailer.

We plan to open a showroom in the future, sign up to the newsletter to stay informed regarding all company updates, offers, discount codes and more

 

The product I have ordered is out of stock and part of the boutique artisan brand, how long will it be before my order arrives?
Your order will be processed and placed in a back-order queue with our supplier.
There is an 8-12-week maximum delivery time as these products are not in stock and when you order one is hand made for you.

 
When is the Charity Contribution Proof posted?
At the end of each financial year our accountants will work with us to separate our total charity contributions from our takings.
We will then make payment to the charities selected and post proof on our website updates page.
 
 
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by all major credit or debit cards. You are also able to pay for your order via Bank Transfer, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Shop Now & PayPal. We will continue to add more providers in the future.
 

Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, VAT is included in the price you see on each product page.
 

Do you have a showroom?
At the current moment we are exclusively only launching an online retail store. But we have great ambitions and goals here at The Sofa Lovers and we hope one day we can meet you in our showroom. :)
 

Are there any hidden charges?
There are 0 hidden charges. All extra delivery charges have been explained on the Shipping and Returns page including the Terms and Conditions.
 

What happens after I place my order?
Someone will contact you if you have ordered a product which has a long lead time before we take any payment, we want to ensure you are happy with the any extended wait time before we take the payment and start the order process. (Delivery time by product type availability can be seen on each product page)


If you’re happy with the delivery time we then capture your payment, send you an invoice and place the order with our supplier.


Once the order is processed on the suppliers side, they get busy making your product, once complete your product is handed over to one of their trusted couriers who will delivery the item to your door.


We will email you at every step of the process and send tracking information when your product is handed over to the courier.
 

Will you contact me to arrange delivery?
Yes, one of the team or the courier will be in touch regarding your delivery tracking and to confirm the delivery time and date.
 

What delivery service do you provide?
UK Mail, DPD, DHL, XPD, FedEx and various other 3rd party logistics providers.
 

Will you deliver to my area?
Yes, delivery within the UK is possible, please contact us at [email protected] if you think we'll have trouble getting our order to you.
 
 
When will my sofa/furniture be delivered?

In Stock items are delivered within 1 or 2 weeks max.

Pre Ordered Items can take anywhere between 2-12 weeks, each brand has variable delivery times.

Bespoke or Made to order items take 8-12+ weeks for delivery and can vary depending on the complexity of your order.

 
What do I do if my sofa arrives damaged?
If you see the box damaged significantly then please refuse the delivery. Before you do take take pictures of the damage to the boxes and contact [email protected] straight away and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.


Can I track my order?
We send tracking information out as soon as your order is handed over to the courier. You can track your order by finding the track my order page on the website footer.
 

How will you use my personal details?
We will use your personal details to be part of our newsletter in order for you to receive our latest deals offers and products. We never give out your information to 3rd party providers who don’t need access to your information. Please check our privacy policy page.
 

What if I have a complaint?
Please contact [email protected] to express your complaint and we'll try our best to come some sort of resolution. Please include as more information additional information and evidence you have regarding your complaint.

Swyft Home - Model 02 Velvet 3 Seater Sofa Upholstered In Soft Brick Velvet Fabric - Sofa In A Box

Q: Hi there....you call it a sofa in a box....how many boxes does this model come in and how big are the boxes?  I have a tricky narrow hallway, I love this sofa but I don’t want to have to bring it in through the window (as we had to do with the last sofa).  Thank you.

A: We have managed to deliver into a home where they normally would have to take a window out and use pulleys as it is a first-floor sitting room and they managed to get a model 2 3 seaters up their tight staircase – the staircase was only 75cm wide with a vertical clearance of 140/145xm and they managed to get it up to them – hope this helps? Q: Hello, please what are the measurements of the clearance between the floor and the bottom off the table and the measurements of the legs?

Q: My only concern is that it doesn’t look teal! It looks dark blue! Could you send more pictures please?

We understand your concern the colour is more blue than green – but with different computer screens it's difficult to show even on different photos, the images we have are a good representation of the product colour but if you want we can arrange a set of swatches to be sent to you.
